Tanya serves as a Senior Contracts Manager and brings 25 years of expertise in federal grant administration, compliance, regulation training and development, and pre- and post-award management including budget development and administration. She has an advanced understanding of 2 CFR 200, organizational strategies, financial management, procurement and contracting.

She has experience with grants funded by federal transportation and energy agencies, as well as state-level transportation and air quality agencies. She has led the end-to-end grants process, from crafting proposals to executing funded projects, ensuring compliance, monitoring progress, and engaging stakeholders effectively. She holds a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting. She is a member of a national grants management association and holds certifications in grants management, transit programs administration, and grant professional training.
